SENATE BILL NO. 353 "An Act amending Alaska Rule of Criminal                   
Procedure 24(d) relating to peremptory challenges of jurors in felony          
criminal proceedings" was read the second time.                                
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 3584.                    
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 353(JUD) was                         
adopted.
